Talking Hello! Sharing my story

Hello Everyone,
Im not new to the forum or to low carbing, whats new is that 6 months ago I got serious! At my heaviest, I was 22 and 260lbs. Over the next 4 yrs I was only able to take off about 80lbs only to slowly gain back to 240 by 2002. Thank god this year has been a year of learning, growing and changing for me, I feel its finally my time. I currently weigh 176,(size 16) having lost 64lbs since April.
Today, I weigh less than I have since I was 10 years old and for the FIRST time in my life dont have to shop in the "fat ladies" stores or section. My goal is 114lbs by my 32nd birthday in April. (62lbs to go!)
I am educated in obesity, especially childhood obesity, specializing in emotional weight gain in children. I also struggle with anorexia, IT IS NOT ONLY A SKINNY PERSONS DISORDER! Just wanted to say HELLO and encourage everyone.

"Some children are like fish, they will eat themselves to death if they are allowed to"
me! in my thesis!!

Hi Jiggly, thanks for sharing your story.

You should be so proud of yourself, what an achievement!!! What are your tips for staying committed?

Congratulations on such a great loss, I bet folks are really noticing!!!

Cheers,

Katt
