Default Question for the UK Team
Hi there

I am on the hunt for liquid artificial sweetner! Yes it does exist, so I am told, somehow it only seemd to be in the US! Very frustrating. It does not have the same amount, if any carbs in it in comparison to Splenda.

As for the low carb pizza, it came and went without me. Sigh, no fair

I am using liquid Hermasetas which I got from Boots, the diabetic section, the box with the details on is long gone so I can't tell you the exact carb count but I wouldn't have bought it unless it was very low carb.

Me too Im here just been AWOL!! and boy am I suffering for it, with added pounds!!! I am up for a challenge I am going to a weding on August the 12th and I have a beautiful dress to wear, but need to get weight of before I can wear it any one up for a 6 week challenge???

Thanks for the advice, will pop down to my local boots later and have a peek for the goodies.

As for the 6 week challange, I am all for it lburnikell. I also have a wedding to go to, although it is next year. The quicker I can get the kg's off the happier I will be.

Great!!! although after a calander count I find I have 9 and 1/2 weeks till the wedding which is a bit better I am aiming to get 2 stone of by then, tough call I know, but Im sure with hard work and determination we could do it!!

I am not sure if any members are from your neck of the woods, but why not start a thread in the main Atkins forum asking if anyone wants to buddy up?

This UK forum is a bit quiet but I imagine everyone at least looks at the new threads in the Atkins forum if they are following the WOE!
