Very true!

I wonder if all the water I drink now plays a part in it? I have always been a water drinker and only water, but now I drink about 12 cups a day (9 cups at work, 3 cups at home after work).

Totally agree with this. And I have soooo much energy and I noticed I am also in a great mood! Beating myself up for not getting past day 3 or 4 in the past.
