Oh lol doh tyvm!

Here is the thing...I have RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Distrophy ~a nerve disorder) in my left ankle & lower leg, it is painful all the time but it hurts even more if I walk around too much. (grocery shopping at Wallyworld has me sitting with my leg propped up the rest of the day). So when I ask my Dr if there easy anything I could do to help ease the walking around pain he said "yes drop 30 pounds".
I am 5'2" & I have a small frame, my wrist's are 6" lol! 156 is just too much for my ankle & if I don't loose it I may not be able to walk at all in 10 years! SO I am very motivated because a wheelchair is not something I want in my life!
This & feeling terrible made me do the research for low carb dieting & brought me here!
Thank God!

This form is fabulous & everyone is very encouraging & I know this will help me get to my goal. And I have to at least try my best to drop 30 pounds for my own peace of mind! & if it takes a year that is fine as I will be getting healthy too!

tyvm for taking the time to post your advice & responces!

Each of us is different. Sounds like you are doing fine. If you aren't hungry, don't eat. I eat two meals a day -- just not hungry for lunch. I usually have bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs in the morning, or a lox plate with eggs and cream cheese. If I'm hungry during the day, I'll have a small "lunch": -- maybe some homemade soup, or some meat and cheese. Haven't been eating much lunch lately. Then dinner. Seriously, all you have to do is count carbs, don't skimp on fat, have some protein with each meal, and stay on the food list. The rest will take care of itself.
