Interesting! I re-started LC a week ago and last night had RLS for the first time in a long time! I do have magnesium, but haven't been taking it. I'll start up again this evening in hopes it helps. I really hate that restless leg feeling!

I've found just the opposite. My RLS is way less if I go very low carb. I see a connection btwn. sugar, MSG, salt, high carb foods and RLS. I have zero RLS if I am fasting. Too bad that's not a permanent, full-time solution!

But if I have extreme physical exertion during the day, I have bad RLS that night. Also if I get too much sun (esp. sunburned), that night I'll have wicked RLS. Why in either case? I have NO idea.

It's definitely a tricky condition to nail down.

I am the opposite too, I have virtually no RLS at all when on low carb. This is something I have noticed before.
