Hi all

I'm a newbie to this baord soooooo Ill just dive in

I'm been jogging for a while but now for a while but now I'm getting into serious training

Starting tonight a 3mile run but I have to warm up those dogy knees of mine first and as its Wednesday
4 days before my weign in I think I'll have a bottle of wine or 2 after to relax

Jesus,10th of march since my last entry
Reason why my knees were very sore and they needed the rest, but back at last. March was'nt the best of months for my weight loss.

To-night 3 mile run and 45 stomach crunches

jeepers dumbletore, if I ran three miles I would need a bottle of wine just to get up the next morning LOL...good for you!
