Default You Dont Even Have To Bake This Pancake

was desperate for a pancake this morning and i came up with this--- dunno where i got the idea, but it tasted delicious and you won't even need an oven!

boil squash

mash the squash into something like a thick paste
add a little butter and cheese and eggs
add splenda to your taste
mis and mash all the ingredients together (see if the sweetness is good enough)
form it into either little pancakes , flat pancakes or whatever (even burger sizes)
fry in either olive oil or coconut virgin oil until brown (flip sides when you fry)
------ EAT IT !!!!!! without guilt
PS: i did this "burger size) and kept the leftovers 2 days ago on the fridge. Leftovers tasted pretty good ..... this is cheap, easy and practical.. oh yah, you can also add a little cream cheese!!
