I just pre-ordered Karen's new low carb cookbook on amazon.ca.
I checked on amazon.com and they do not have it - probably because no publisher in the US has picked it up yet.

It isn't out 'til October but they do not charge your credit card until it is shipped.

Can't wait.... yum yum.

Karen, I have had your Pacific Passions cookbook for years (spot prawns are a favorite) and also have the Inspirations cookbook!

I hope there is lots of low carb cooking tips in addition to recipes (and pictures???).

The book is in the process of being sold to a US publisher so it's release date has been delayed. It will be jam packed with low-carb "stuff". Pictures are up to the publisher, but it certainly helps to sell cookbooks!
