Smile Yet Another Newbie

Hi All, My ID is greenmill and I've just registered today. I started Atkins on 28 July at 268 lbs. Exactly 1 week later and I'm at 259. I can't wait to see what happens when I actually follow my "exercise" plan (sadly neglected ). I plan on Induction for 3-4 weeks.

I have many questions but I'll save them for the Newbie section.

Good luck on Atkins it sounds like you're doing great already!

I do recommend the exercising, it really pumps me up to see some muscle building!
