This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the 2 quote tags at the beginning and end of your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

We watched some pretty good fireworks on TV last night, usually there are people doing their own around the neighborhood tonight but I don't know how much of that will happen this year.

We went outside last night and there were LOADS of fireworks in our area, possibly more than usual. Some were pretty spectacular, you know, for neighborhood fireworks.

I'm suspecting my Trazadone may be causing heart palpatations and possibly gut problems. Will try cutting it in half tonight and see if that helps. Also, staying in bed most of the day is not a good idea!

Will attempt to do some seated exercises today.
