I am a returning Atkins person. I just seemed to fall off the wagon about three years ago after losing 50 lbs. Don't really know what happened, except I lost support and just got weak- emotionally speaking. Since then, I have regained it all back and feel terrible about myself. I know there is a smaller person just screaming to be freed from my thunder thighs et.al.

Anyone have good ideas for doing Atkins on a budget? I do remember it being a little pricey and a dollar just doesn't seem to go very far these days.
