Is the flax o meal cereal ok on induction, what is the best flavour,

I used to be fond of maole and brown sugar high carb instant hot cereal, are any of them like that, or close to it.

what is a good easy lunch, or does anyone have a good breakfast
quiche recipe, that might be the way to go.

I'm a hardliner.
If you want to do ATKINS INDUCTION, the foods you may eat are listed at the following link:
http://atkins.com/Archive/2001/12/15-464579.html

add anything else, and you are doing your own program.

Hi Stallqueen!

How are things going on your induction? I hope all is well!

For breakfas I normally half two slices of grilled bacon and a fried egg, and for lunch, tuna mayo with half a small avocado. I love that.

Obviously this differs from day to day but that's my main layout.

Dinner is a different matter completely!

Happy low-carbing!
