Default Day 1 of 5 this week - 90 days ends Apr 8

1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead. Day 69. On the notepad: candy, cake, some mini cupcakes and cookies at the library tonight. Just wanting "comfort" stuff - no real cravings, just I want I want I want.... am going strong.

2. 30 min exercise 5 X a week. 30 min dancing to favorite you tube videos

3. Clean SOMETHING. Or sort, organize, etc. 15 min + 5 X a week.

4. Open mail right away, keep on top of finances. I am taking this off - pretty much staying on top of things means not burying my head in the sand and dealing with things - staying aware. I will work thru and resolve the mess as best I can.

Day 36 of 90

Happy anniversary to me! Two years today on Atkins.

Goal: Keep on tracking, baby! Weigh myself daily. Pay attention to hunger, thirst, and satiety signals. Be mindful of portions and eating and drinking enough to sustain me. Limit dairy. Serve myself on plates, cups and dishes instead of eating out of a container.

Protein, fat and calories much higher and carbs lower than usual yesterday but still in range. Sometimes I feel like I have to push food down me to get the carb count up and that's just ridiculous, especially if my other macros and calories are already maxed out. I feel like overall I had a good day though this is the reason I need to track.

Target: <42 NC (<60 total), <1650 calories, <110 g fat, <120 g protein.
Actual: 25.8 NC (35.8 total), 1695 calories, 116 g fat, 133 g protein.

Goal weight: <206
Today's weight: 204.8

I am doing well. On the notepad: nothing yesterday, today a fast food place I rarely see. I dreamed about eating a sugary cookie-thing, then being horrified, then trying to see if I felt ill and upset that I blew it. Does anybody else have dreams about eating sugar?

2. 30 min exercise 5 X a week. 40 min walk at a favorite park

3. Clean SOMETHING. Or sort, organize, etc. 15 min + 5 X a week.

Smooth and easy day yesterday, On plan, on target and feeling well.

Day 48 of 90

8 carbs, 2200 calories (give or take a few), plenty of walking and a nice night's sleep. Logged food as best I could. The crockpot shredded boneless beef rib stew in a cream cheese & broth stock was VLC, but pretty much guesswork on the quantities consumed. It turned out very good, though. I'll make that again.

Happy 2 Year anniversary on Atkins, Barb! It's amazing how we are all sustaining this unsustainable low carb thing. We must all be super heroes or something.

1) Weigh Daily and track it on my habit calendar in my bedroom
2) Track all food daily
3) Stick to 20g total carbs or fewer per day 13g total carbs
4) LCHF as outlined by the DietDoctor website

45/90 perfect days

So far, so good. Will update when I get home from the library. **On my notepad: Girl Scout cookie - a kind I really like... I thought someone said this was a new kind - anyway there was one cookie left and it was LOUDLY calling. I did not eat it.

3. Clean SOMETHING. Or sort, organize, etc. 15 min + 5 X a week
