Woke up hungry this a.m. Hopefully BP coffee without any sweeteners will let me get thru till noon. I used to do a 16/8 eating window (lunch and supper) but the last couple of months have slowly drifted into eating earlier AND later more and more often. My meals have stayed pretty much the same as when i was at my lowest, so I suspect the extra little bites here and there are a big part of my regaining almost 20 lbs.
