Question Probably An Odd Question, But...

I have cystic ovaries and since doing low carb, I've had pain (like a ruptured or sensitive cyst) in that area of my abdomen. Also, very slight bleeding (which leads me to think of a ruptured cyst). I'm wondering if anyone has had this happen when first going to low carb, or if this is just coincidence?

Low carb generally helps PCOS. It could be that you ovulated which can cause ovulation pain and spotting.

The bleeding occurred during a time I know I wasn't ovulating, so most likely that was not the cause.
