Cool I switched from Atkins to Schwarzbein

Hello Fellow LC'ers:
After trying induction on Atkins for two weeks and reading the review of the Schwarzbein I have decided to change from Atkins to Schwarzbein. I couldn't handle all of the animal fat and the carbohydraters were too low for my activity level. I also experienced the worst menstrual cramps ever on Atkins (protein and egg yolks?). Anyway, after two days on TSP I feel much better. I'm not following it perfectly, I still have one cup of coffee in the a.m. and I'm using up the cheese I have before using the types she recommends.
For the first time in many years I am also working out with weights and doing exercises like push ups and sit-ups, etc. I should see improvements within a few weeks. I like the fact that the SP fits into my lifestyle is it's doable for me.
Most of all, I want to thank Nat, Doreen, Lisaf, and DebPenny for their posts. I have read and re-read much of the information they have provided and I feel good about my decision. I'll keep my progress posted and I appreciate all of your support.
Thanks Again,
Maureen

Default Welcome!

Welcome, Maureen. I know you will find SP to be the easiest and most natural program (speaking from lack of experience since it is the only program I've used ). As you know, I also find it "doable."

;-Deb

BTW: I have some terribly sinful double-cream gouda in my refrigerator.
