Late joiner here! I tracked my food all through July and into August, going from 187 (7/1) to 178 (7/28-7/30), then my intake crept up, and then I stopped tracking altogether a few days ago. So now my weight has gone in the opposite direction. I'm back on track today, so accountability! (Note: I don't document 10ths because they don't matter to me. Those are mere sips of water.)
