hi guys, new to veggie low carbin. done it before but i ailed miserably as i didnt think i could have enough variety. recenty discovered rode elliots veggie low carb diet and its a breath of fresh air especially as im a sweet freak!!

anyway, my question about TVP, sounds stupid but what is TVP? i know what it stands for but what brands are tvp? like is tesco meat free mince TVP? is quorn TVP or something different? always bein a quorn eater ive never experimented!!

just startin to eat tofu too, though only had the marinated stuff so far

also saiten, whos tried it? is it nice? easy to make? just ordered 3 kilos of wheat gluten so will be makin it soon, just wanted some comments on it
