Default Candida: Fave Meal/recipe

I'm struggling to get up to speed with a candida diet. I can't eat too many eggs or much red meat, so I really need some assistance. I plan to follow the diet on the Karen Tripp website for now.

ARe there any pre-packaged foods, such as breads or crackers, that you recommend? Salad dressings or recipes for salad dressings that you recommend?

THANKS!!

Salad dressing: 3tbs olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice, sea salt, terrigon and thyme to taste. Good stuff!!

Eat all the veggies you want, just watch the high GI ones. Keep the grains down and keep them whole grain, no fruit or juice for a while, no sugar of course. Big pot of homemade chicken veggie soup was a stand by for me, but it was cold out then!!

Thanks Liz - I eat soup year round so that's prolly what it'll be.

Dressing idea sounds good - got some fresh thyme on hand that I need to use.
