Default 4 months pregnant and looking to LC

I was on here before, when I was nursing. Now I want to give LC a try again since my MW says I can't have sugar. How many carbs can i have?

General rule of thumb is, 80-100 net carbs is perfect for pregnancy. That's what I did for most of my pregnancy...until I fell off the wagon altogether. French fries were my "craving" food, unfortunately!

Definitely do maintenance (maybe even a tad higher). I unknowingly did a tad under maintenance in my 5th and 6th month, and my son came out borderline low birth weight! Of course there's no proof of this, by my OB thinks it could've been that I wasn't getting enough during those months so he didn't get as big. Good luck and congrats!
