Default treadmill?

Last year I tore my achilles tendon playing tennis it was my first time playing and i loved it. My question is at this point my tendor is still healing and i have to be careful. I have been doing yoga and that is helping but i dont think it is enough. I tryed taebo but it hurt leg to much so i stopped i dont want to retare tendon again. I have treadmill is this enough excerise? Right now i can only walk on it cant run still to much pain. Any suggestions would be great. thanks
