Default Would low carb work for this issue?

I have been told I have ibs with diarrhea/urgency. Thinking back to when this all started was right after I had my son2.5yrs ago. They had given me antibiotics through my iv because I had bad bacteria in my system that could harm the baby. Since then every time I have a pap down I always have a bacteria infection which never goes away with the meds. I was wondering if this could mean I have maybe a bacteria fungus or overload and maybe an antifungal/ low carb way of eating would help. Any suggestions on this issue?
