Since you are newly re-inducting, is there something 'new-ish' that you're eating, or eating more of? Something like cheese, or perhaps some kind of salad dressing that you don't normally eat a lot of?
Besides 'low-carb', what's different about what you're eating now, as compared to when you had some time off, and were feeling better?
I'm betting there's something in your food that's disagreeing with you, somehow.
My first suspect is increased dairy consumption, or some other commonly reactive kind of food.
The most commonly reactive foods are: gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar, corn, peanuts and soy.
Are you eating substantially any more of those particular foods as you're back on induction?
