Default Whats up with this..

I have a lot candida related rashes. I go to Greece from Denmark for vacation. Within 24 hours rashes are gone. Whole week not a trace of a rash. I return home and within 48 hours i have rashes everywhere. I might add that i was eating very "feed the candida" both before and during my week in greece. Now im inducting on day 3 and the rashes are having a ball.
What on earth is up with that? It happens every year. Im considering moving to Greece just to rid myself of the rash *lol*

Do you eat differently when in Greece?

Vitamin D3 affects your entire body, not just where the sun shines. You make vitamin D3 when you're in the sun. Multivitamins don't have enough vitamin D3, or the right sort, to really help you out.

Sounds like yeast or fungus.....is it damper in Denmark? I am guessing it's drier in Greece with all the sunshine like LCnan mentions. Candida/yeast can grow in the places you mention and cause redness and possibly itching. I just reread your intial post and you said they are candida rashes. Is it moldy/damper at your home?

Hi zuzzan
About your question: - What on earth is up with that?
Perhaps sun, vitamins , diet ( excluding :yeast, wine, vinegar, wheat, dairy, cheese, mushrooms, bread, any food very spicy like bacon, sausages etc with conservants) for 3/4 monthes
( boring..aahhrr)... adding probiotics!
I have the rashes too!(foot) Here in Brazil we have a lot of sunshine, but I realize ... a better diference when I go to the beach. I donīt know why...maybe the sun? the water?...out of the stress? feellings?
Good luck
