Moseyman, Thanks! I'll try the castile. I'm already using alternatives for household washing and cleaning, including washing my hair and teeth. There's definitely a difference!

I am an eczema sufferer, too. I switched to castile soaps several months ago and I still have eczema. I had never had it until a few months ago. It started on my fingers, about 10 months ago. I tried everything, staying as natural as possible. Topical treatments didn't help, so I had to do some research. I might have candida, I'm not sure. I don't have any other yeast problems, but my spit test came out positive for candida. So I went on the diet and started with garlic and later switched to coconut oil, plus probiotics. Now the rash is everywhere, neck, hands, arms, chest, tummy... some on my legs. I wonder if it's the eggs! I used to eat only 1-2 per week, now I eat 2-3 per day. It seems like some of you guys had the same problem. This gives me hope... I'll cut out the eggs for a few weeks. But then what can I eat for breakfast?

Moseyman, where can I get a good yoghurt maker? The SCD one is quite expensive...

Are you systemic? I have a rash also and its on my arms and legs. Ice been carb less and sugar less since the 6th. My sister is the one who saw me and recognized what was going on. She said during die off symptoms get exaggeratedly worse. This is all I know about it. Sorry
