Fast and Easy Microwaveable Sides
Quick Cheesy Broccoli
1/2 bag frozen broccoli pieces
2 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
I threw this into a bowl and took it to work today because I needed some fiber and was tired of all the protein . Anybody else have any good ideas for one dish veggies to nuke at work? This would probably be good with some chicken thrown in it, too.
