Neat site! But it confirms what I've been reading here - I've got to count more than carbs if I want to do this WOE successfully - I have to know how much protein and fat I'm eating, too.
I think if you go on induction level for a long time you will get the results...There are plenty of great things you can eat if you look around...I have been at 20 carbs for over two years and I am still finding new things to eat..
