Default bulk (multiple meals)entry

When adding a bulk (multiple meals)entry into daily entry what should you do for your quantities if you have only had a portion of the recipe eg 11oz when all the ingredients are combined you don’t know for sure how many oz of each ingredient you had I know how much of what went in the recipe . You select the bulk entry and enter it, then you can adjust any amounts from the daily display.

You mentioned ingredients, so you may be using the recipe page insteak of the bulk entry?
