No it's not. You are welcomed to join DeeUK.

Everyone, I'll need a head count by Mid October say the 15th of. We are renting tables and chairs and need to know how many to get. We already have a spare dining room table which holds 6 people and the one already in the dining room will hold another 6 people for a total of 12 but I'm sure we'll have more than that coming.

I'm so excited and can't wait till Novemeber.

So I'll bump the thread around October 15th so everyone can confirm that they are coming and with who.

Thanks!

Ok our base grocery has Ben and Jerry's but it's not LC.

It's damn good though. It has 8g's.

I'll keep looking out for the LC one.

Hi Lily,

I've just checked my shifts and I'm working that day, so I won't be able to make it I'm afraid. It's a pity as it would be great to meet up. Hopefully we will manage it, one of these days.

Hugs

Hello all,

I'm just wondering what kind of LC products do you guys not see here in the UK.

Do you have CarbSmart products? Probably not huh but I thought I'd ask so I know what to get for the meet.

I'd like to get stuff you guys haven't seen yet and would like to try.

Thanks for the help.

Oh and it'll be part of the stuff that goes in the Prize Giveaway basket for the Challenge I put up.

Hi Lily

Everything's still on for the 27th. Will reconfirm when I am back from holiday in Canada. Not sure what time I'll have to leave as in theory I've also got to be at the Brownie disco in the evening!!!!

That's great Anne. Hope you have a great time in Canada. I've never been there, yet.

Till then.

Well October is almost here and before you know it November will be too.

I'll need a head count for the end of October and another one early November so I can start purchasing all the great food we'll be eating for the meet.

So far we've got to start, ceasar salad without the croutons, then Broccoli & Cheese soup or Onion Soup, 2 of my favorite, and Fried Turkey on the menu. The turkey being the main course of course and we may make Faux Mashed potato's to go with it but I'm not sure yet. (I haven't made it yet with cauliflower so I don't know if it's any good but I'll test it out and see, I'm sure some of you have already tried this)

We'll have loads of vege's and fruits sitting on the side as appetizers don't worry. As well as LC stuffing, home made and LC cranberry sauce.

It'll be a great feast and LC bread will be available too and of course LC pie's and ice cream. YUMMY!

Come hungry.

Cheers!

Hiya

Sorry I can't be there. But on the cauliflower mash thing. I make mine with cauliflower (duh! - although sometimes spinach or broccoli), a good scoop of sour cream, fresh spring onion or onion or chives, pepper, low salt and lots of fresh herbs. Then I mix them all together in the blender after the cauliflower is cooked (I don't cook any of the other ingredients) and it's super yummy. I prefer it over the 'real' stuff and the uncooked herbs give it a nice 'fresh' flavour.
