Hi Kat! Thanks, I try to be a bit creative because I'm getting burned out on the very limited food I can eat at work.

Yesterday's breakfast (brunch) was just ham n' cheese roll-ups - yawn. :/

I made a thin egg crust with basil and butter, then put on pepperoni pizza toppings for a personal, actual pan, pizza!

I've been making a few pans of the Chicken Adobo Green Chile Quiche- using up leftover chipotle chiles in Adobo Sauce... one more pan and I'll have used it up.

It is really good.

Scoop of Jay Robb vanilla whey protein
tablespoon of chia seeds
tablespoon of flax seeds
handfull of frozen berries (strawberries and blueberries)
8-10 oz of water
handful of ice cubes
i pk of splenda

blended up in my Nutribullet

with coffee
