hhmmmmm

i take about 6 different types of vitamins ( well i try to anyway) everyday, as well as spiralina , glutamin-L and chromium

some you have to take twice a day. I get sick of taking them and i am not sure if they are making much of a difference.

i dont think that any one multi has enough quantity of any of the vitamins to actually make a difference.

my dad told me that, it may not be right.

Hi MB,
The brand I take is 'Solgar'. They do a huge range of suppliments, and are quite expensive, but are pretty much the top of the range. I take the "V 2000" multi formula, "advanced antioxidant formula", and "one-a-day GLA" which are essential fatty acids. I've heard Centrum is a good multivitamin too.
