I'll start a new thread for September tomorrow.

My diet break is going ok, I suppose. I'm maintaining at 2.5 pounds over my lowest. But I'm also PMS'ing and retaining water. Its funny but since I started the diet break, I'm hungrier!

Hang in there Nancy- the feeling hungry is often a sign that weight/fat loss is happening. My scales were up half a pound this morning, which is the same merry run around I had 2 weeks ago. I am meant to have a refeed today, but think I will try to keep it to a big free meal... I haven't felt the urge for refeeding, i.e. not feeling as depleted and cold as I was..

Oh God, I'm so glad you said that! I'm drinking enough jasmine tea to float my eyeballs, hoping it kills my appetite.

Speaking of which, waiting on my jasmine tea jello, and expresso jello to firm up.. Hopefully that'll kill the appetite, as well.

I survived a day off the scale But my very nice black work pants are saggy in the butt!

I'm not having much hunger at all on my mini-break. It's 7:30pm and I've had a chicken caesar salad and coffee today. hmmm maybe that's my tummy growling Time to find some dinner!

No reason one couldn't make a cheesecake batter using lowfat cottage cheese/cream cheese in a blender with vanilla, eggs, splenda and lemon zest.

We finally have very low fat cream cheese arrive on our shelves, so this is the plan when I get around to it. I generally just have a no fat low sugar fruit flavored yogurt most days which does me for dessert....or I mix it with some sugarfree vanilla pudding as a topping.
