Default zero carb

i have been hearing a lot about this. i am very low carb but trying to figure out how you get zero carbs. what foods? i mean even eggs have carbs, so is it just meat and nothing else ? I eat between 4 and 9 carbs a day but my body is clinging onto them like crazy. was just trying to find out how to get less. i know i have to give up the cheese another holder.

New,

Are you having a hard time losing with 8 or 9 carbs? Just curious. I'm not there yet, but what would be the reason for that. If you're low carbing that low, isn't your body using the fat for energy, hense you would lose weight?

I went on meat and eggs for a while, and it broke a stall I had for a years. I only ate meat and eggs *I had cream in my coffee* It really worked. I wouldn't fret the carbs in eggs, they are pretty inconsequential.

I feel best on a plan of basically meat and eggs too. I finally broke a stall over summer changing a few things around. You may want to experiment eliminating the eggs if you have a hard time losing. Then again, some people can't lose on zero carb either. Good luck!

I actually have tried just meat and eggs before and it worked great, matter of fact I am trying that now for a few days to jump start my weightloss, I agree with Ayustar, eggs carb count does not account for much...
Good Luck! Keep us posted on your progress

i wasn't at first i was loosing everyday than TOM came i gained two lbs and have been struggling ever since. so i wasn't sure if i needed to eat more carbs or eat less. I was eating cheese and having no problems at all but now not so sure if it is hindering or my body is just being stubborn.

It could also be a calorie issue.

Even though I do "zero carb" I still need to create a deficit to lose.
