Jschwab, that's so frustrating! Logically, we know it should go away again quickly, but it's always a punch in the gut. I never understand how I can work hard for a month to lose 4 lbs. and then literally put them back on overnight.
Nihold, good going on the move--even something tiny is a relief if you've been stuck for a while.
