Default Karen's basic vegetable cream soup

Tried this recipe today because I was getting bored with my home made soups. What a delight this was. Very easy to make and yummy. I'm not much for putting broccoli in soups because it gets so mushy, but with blending this one up that wasn't a problem. The garlic and the Dijon are a welcome taste difference.

Must be this soup:

Looks good; I've never noticed that one before. I'm going to try it.

People always forget about Karen's whole index of online recipes here:

http://www.lowcarb.ca/low-carb-recipes.html

It must have taken her months to develop all those recipes, type them up and post them. Very generous of her to share them for free. All of her recipes that I've tried have been great.

There's a sake-braised pork belly in there too ... hmmm ....
