Okay, now that I have started a gym log, I need to post in it. Meeting DH at the gym tonight. Going to do SS Cardio and abs while he lifts.

20 minutes SS Cardio bike

Need to get up and go in the mornings. I accomplish so much more and don't have to deal with the yahoos that are there are night, plus that gym is PACKED after work. Not even a place to park

Tomorrow going to the gym and going to try HIIT, the treadmills at my gym don't have a button to easily change speeds, any suggestions?
