I have no quarrel with their exercise program-I think it fits a market niche perfectly and wish them well.

The supplements all seem to be combinations of herbs-most I know nothing about. Web sites confuse me more- they all have an agenda. The Post said there was a move to ban Kava and Black cohosh? I can't find anything on either except "ads"

Anyone have a good source for research?

Default black cohosh

I don't know about kava, but black cohosh can be used as an abortifacient. Although, so can vitamin C, so maybe they should ban it too.
