New to this Forum
Hello everyone! I am a newbie! I have been doing the SBD since Nov 2009. I have had my struggles along the way,not with the diet, a binge eating disorder, I am working through it.
Is there a daily thread that I am missing?? One that includes meal plans, goals for the day, exercise etc?? I see the weigh in one but just wondering.
I am 34 years old with a 4 year old daughter. I have struggled with my weight for a while now. I am working on my health so I can get pregnant again! I really want to feel strong, exercise wise! My eating is just as important! I have 13lbs I'd like to lose before starting to TTC and work from there until pregnancy. I also would like to follow P2 During my pregnancy to prevent major weight gain.
I look forward to getting to know all of you!
