Hello everyone! I am a newbie! I have been doing the SBD since Nov 2009. I have had my struggles along the way,not with the diet, a binge eating disorder, I am working through it.

Is there a daily thread that I am missing?? One that includes meal plans, goals for the day, exercise etc?? I see the weigh in one but just wondering.

I am 34 years old with a 4 year old daughter. I have struggled with my weight for a while now. I am working on my health so I can get pregnant again! I really want to feel strong, exercise wise! My eating is just as important! I have 13lbs I'd like to lose before starting to TTC and work from there until pregnancy. I also would like to follow P2 During my pregnancy to prevent major weight gain.

I look forward to getting to know all of you!

The weighin thread is where we have the food lists and meal plan charts...exercise is up to you.
You are welcome to join us in any of the threads here...we also have a daily chat thread....and are now talking about fish in another.

Binge eating has its challenges but there is hope for recovery for all of us.

Hi and welcome! You have a really great reason to want to lose weight. Losing some before getting pregnant would make the pregnancy so much easier. All the best to you!
