I'm challenging anybody who wants to shed the pounds and inches over the summer and get to a reasonable goal before he new school year starts. I way 146 right now and I'm trying to get down to atleast 130 ish. Anybody want to join?
Me too! I want to be almost at my goal of 135 by the beginning of September. Then I'm going to work toward my goal of anything in the 120s, which I'm not even sure is physically possible for me because of the way I'm built, but we'll see. Yay everybody!
Ill join I want to lose about 20 -25 pounds by the end of August. That means ill be keeping carbs at around 20 or 30 a day and jogging and doing weights 5 times a week. Ive been able to lose this much in 2 months before, so I know its possible for me to do it. Just means no cheat days....

I started out with similar stats and am down to 130 from 150 (I'm finishing up with body for life so I can get a single digit body fat percentage). I suggest you incorporate exercise and weight training, since you don't have much to lose. Don't make the same mistake I did and let good muscle rot away!
Chonguey37 , i do not want to sound like i know everything . but losing 20 lbs in 2 months is alot to do . usually the adverage loss is 1 to 2 lbs per month . but i guess if u really wanted to try you would really have to excersise , eat right and then burn more then you are putting in ....

I hope to lose 10-15 pounds before school starts (sept. 7). I am going to start exercising more tomorrow (I just worked out my exercise plan) and then I have cheerleading practice, cheer camp, and gymnastics to keep me going during August. I especially want to get in shape for football season which starts at the end of August.
I have been trying to get the same darn 10-15 pounds of forever! So hopefully I will be able to join you all in doing it by the end of summer...I'd love to be 115 as I once was, but I'd be satisfied with 120...(127ish rightnow)
