wow living on less fat beef tenderloin and I switched back to ribeye on sale and used good old grassfed butter...…...holy cow it came thru like lightening LOL

I tell ya in years on zc this ain't gone down, what a wallop for me to remember....big fat after so lean is just WOW and crazy HAHA

so holding ribeye and being careful...no butter to fry...just meat. have to watch it a tad I think but once all got cleaned out I am doing fab and feeling great and all and everything seems in line.....so moving on with big ribeye and going back to basics in meat and prep cook with like screw the added butter

so not hungry but hit the store early fast for kid cause she wanted ice cream and some other crap.

omg the meat counter. I was in my glory. I stood there and thought, throw all this on the BBQ, steam the shrimp and sizzle the scallops and parmasean encrust the fish and bake and omg I wanted it all.

I love my plan to my very core. They say we are so limited and omgosh we are not. We have such great food and healing food and food we thrive on right there

I want it all LOL
Got some burger, chicken, pork. Beef off sale and way too high priced but came out in fine shape to eat well.

I had 2 very big pork chops last night for dinner.

I am just not a pork fan anymore. I love me a good rack of ribs sometimes but chops and such....nah ain't feeling it like I used to.

beef is my standard now. beef and chicken seem to be where I sit and enjoy the most. and even on chicken and beef I am becoming very controlled in what cuts I like anymore.

oh so picky on zc for me now HAHA

Gonna stop posting in this thread on this forum.

I am all in zc and there are wanna be tryers of carnivore here, a 'few maybe' are truly zc?? but in the end there is no activity so why bother?

I am on other zc sites that are banging with why we do zc and how carnivore gives us total health changes.

But to keep just posting my menus and my wonderful results and how great I feel daily are just out of my time frame........

but I thank all zc'ers who came this way and chatted but I am onto bigger and all in zc sites that are more community than what I tried to create here and that is cool cause this is an 'lc site' and that is what people do here LOL

All good....and out for me but anyone wanna chat zc all in for this plan, go for it with me at any time. We can reactivate if interested parties wanna roll with me on carnivore!!!

Yes I want to talk carnivore !! Please I have a million questions

I’ve been reading and watching the Kelly Hogan videos and channel and blog and I’m really obsessed about it I mean I really wanna do it but I’m afraid about a couple things let me explain

People talk about getting diarrhea a carnivore and I really can’t have that happen I work very long hours from 9 to 5 I do get an hour for lunch but still I really don’t want to have my stomach upset I’m thinking it won’t happen but can’t really happen also do you really have to give up diet soda

Had to subscribe again because I was afraid I unsubscribe by accident one of my big fears about going carnivore is that my body won’t get used to digesting vegetables again but the thing is when you go to Carniore you never go back right you do this forever
