Default How much fat do we need to digest vitamins?

The protein powder I am using for the 6 week cure is 0 fat. I like to take my vitamins in the morning with my morning shake.

Is the few tablespoons of cream (added to the shake) enough fat to help me digest my vitamins? Thoughts on maybe adding a little coconut oil (teaspoon or so)?

Protein: it's the nutrient that is most commonly associated with weight training, yet it's also one of the most misunderstood!
At its simplest, your body has a baseline protein requirement that depends on a two main factors: lean body mass (muscle) and activity (type and amount).

The more muscle your body carries, the higher your protein requirement. Also, the more intense, the more frequent and the longer the activity you perform, the more protein you need.

From my personal experience, every oz of fat that you consume goes to a million activities one of those is absorption of nutrients. You may intake fat for absorption but what about the amount of fat needed to burn calories. What about the amount of fat used to maintain muscle and organ tissue. Fat/ketones have a massive job to do and it does it at one time. So when you take fat with a supplement that fat is still going to do several jobs. So you may take in enough to absorb a particular nutrient but it is also going to do various functions beyond absorption. Don't restrict the job of fats.
