I just read this article (URL below) and it really emphasizes to me that the "high carb/low fat" theory of the last 2 decades obviously doesn't work to the detriment of new generations of kids as well as ourselves. When is the establishment going to listen to Dr. Atkins and others and clue in to the real problem? TOO MANY CARBS! FAT IS IRRELEVANT!!
