Default Did I mess up?....

Last night we all went to Bowling with my hubby's work. Well, EVERYONE was drinking all night, and I felt a little left out. So, I got rum with diet coke, only one and I only drank half of it, so I didn't really drink alot, but I did... Am I going to mess this all up??!?!

After we went to Denny's, everyone got things LOADED with carbs, I got a bacon, egg, and cheese omelet with a side of bacon strips. I was so proud of myself. I knew I had enough carbs because I was only up to like 10 so I was proud of myself there.. but I am scared about the little bit of alcohol I had last night, although I know it was much better than having a beer or some bread, but I just don't want to mess this induction period up!!!

You didn't mess anything up at all.

Alcohol gets burned before any other energy source (including body fat) and it can interfere with ketosis, so it's best avoided, especially during Induction. But the amount you had probably won't affect anything.

Great job on sticking with your plan later that night! You should definitely be proud of yourself for that.
