Today, I've been quietly going "WOW!" in my head, because I'm almost in ONEderland! The scales said 200.8 this morning.

And I've now stocked up on all the ingredients (flours and syrups, etc.) I need to furnish my kitchen with great LC foods, including baked goods.

And as I look ahead, I have a quiet certainty that this, THIS! in my 65 years of life is when I will finally lose the weight I've been carrying around since my 40s. (I started low-carbing in mid-May this year.)

And I will be the fit, trim senior I always wanted to be. After all, if you've got to get old, that would be the way to do it, right? Especially considering the alternative.

I thank God for this opportunity in my life. And I thank everyone on this forum who has been supportive and helpful. You are the greatest!
