Default Phase III Report

Day 135...weight 194lbs...lost 1lb over last 7 days...4lbs from goal.

Went to Phase III last Friday. Things really aren't much different than Phase II. I have had a couple of higher carb items, such as the new boiled potatos recipie from the SBD book...had LC cereal for breakfast 1 more time than usual and started getting used to not doing all the snacking required in Phase I & II. The SBD book says by the time you get to Phase III and you are eating as you should, snacks are no longer needed...I have had peanuts and beef jerkey a couple of times and a couple of LC fudgesicles.

The closer I get to goal the slower the weight loss which is fine with me at this point. I feel great.

Big test this weekend...my youngest daughter's graduation party...I will be drinking a few full carb dark beers...I know I won't eat perfectly but will try to be reasonable and not eat the whole cake. Most of the party foods fit the SBD LC definition...veg trays, fruit trays, etc...there will be baked beans, brauts, and whole wheat buns...and Cake! I'll try to stay away.
