Default Trying JUDDD again

So after staying the same for five weeks I have decided to mix it up a little by going back to JUDDD. Two years ago it worked great so thought I would give it another shot.

I used to do JUDDD and it worked really well for me too. I might also give it another go soon. Are you low carbing on the up days too?

Hi - anyone still doing JUDD here? I have been low-carbing (meat, eggs, veggies) for a while off and on, (the wagon) - get frustrated because I don't lose anymore. I've got rheumatoid arthritis, on tons of meds plus prednisone, and just can't lose anything, and am even gaining weight. Frustrating! so I go off the wagon and gain even more. I have always historically lost when I have done JUDD (alternate day fasting) with low carb so I'm giving it another shot. I used to always hang out at the lowcarbfriends forums, but they're closed now, so I Googled, and here I am.
