I hate to hear this same stuff again and again!! It's just mistaken at best and and lies at worst!!! I'm sure the Eades are on the cutting edge of protein needs but they are much mistaken about vitamin D.

True as far as it goes. But Natural vitamin D, D3, has been proven safe at 20,000 IU/day over a five year period. No one would ever supplement with that much vitamin D.

These are also signs that vitamin D is too low so only a test can tell if you truly have vitamin D toxicity. No proven case of natural vitamin D toxicity has resulted in death. A 2-year old was accidentally given 4 MILLION IUs of vitamin D over a 5 day period and recovered with no ill effects.
Oh, and vitamin D does not store in the liver. It stores in fat. It's activated in the liver, one of the many places vitamin D gets activated.

The average adult forearm exposed for 5-10 min is also enough to get what you need. Mind you, this is without sunscreen!!!!! (The Eades are NOT fans of sunscreen, preferring covering up or going into the shade to prevent burning and therefore damage)

This is an outright fallacy!! In order to make 400 IU in 5-10 minutes, 25% of the body surface must be exposed to noontime summer sun. No vitamin D can be generated from winter sun above 41 degrees north and daily D needs can't be met from winter sun above 31 degrees north. Additionally, 400 IUs of vitamin D won't get you far when a person uses 4000-7000 IUs of vitamin D a day.
Not yelling at you CindySue48. Like I said, I just hate to see the lies repeated again and again.
