Fitness tips for new non smokers
I got this in my email today. There is a lot of truth there. When I was quitting, with the help of a wonderful site called Quitnet.com, I saw a lot of new quitters lose their quits because they were trying to diet at the same time. I know I couldn't do it. I was one of the ones who put on 30 pounds. But it was amazing how fast it came off too. Pat yourself on the back for quitting smoking, it's the best thing you can do for yourself.
