Soluble fiber ?
Hi I'm new to this board but not new to PP. I have a question for ya, I can't seem to find in either of my books whether or not we can deduct soluble fiber. I know insoluble can be deducted but the Eades don't say much about soluble, if they so, can you guide me to what page it's on?

From a metabolic perspective there is no difference, in fact most countries list the fibre (soluble and insoluble) and carbohydrate components of food separately for for just this reason.
