I have been trying to add my picture under my name. I got it onto my profile page but now it says that there was an error in the upload(?). Now what do I do?

hi Rosie,

I checked the picture in your profile, and it's the right size and file type .. so it *should* upload without a problem as your avatar.

After you've browsed and selected the file to be uploaded, make sure to highlight "Yes" next to where it says "Use Custom Avatar" .. then Submit.

I got it to upload ok Not sure what was the problem before ... sometimes I think it just gets in a funky mood and doesn't want to cooperate

Thanks. I know I am a being pain but now it looks too small. Is it possible for me to send it again a bit larger?

The avatar file size is limited, so enlarging that particular image won't work.

What I suggest is ... use the original large scanned picture. Crop it, ie. cut away all the empty space around the photo itself. Then, shrink the picture down to the correct size --- max. 20 Kb and 100 x 100 pixels.

That should do the trick

Me again, I finally got a pic I am happy with, only it is doing the same thing. I right clicked to make sure it is the size, I am pretty sure it is. Can you help me again?
